Management of the Foundation Ivar Pinsel - chairman of the board Henn Vallimäe - member of the board Riho Sillaots - member of the board Board work coordinate council staff: Mati Tiimus, Kristjan Puusild and Arvo Villmann The Foundation is managed by volunteers. All accumulated funds will be used toward scholarships. The Foundation is administered by the management board whose activities are checked by the Board of Trustees. The Foundation is accountable to the Pärnu Rotary Club.
